State & regional policy Policymakers developing state and regional climate initiatives are drawn to The Climate Trust because of our national reputation as a high quality nonprofit offset provider. In addition to serving on committees and in stakeholder meetings, we produce a range of comments and documents addressing greenhouse gas offsets and their appropriate integration into emerging policy at the state and regional level. We do the same at the national level through our work with the Offset Quality Initiative (OQI).
