BioCycle West Coast 2015: Oregon's Clean Fuels Program and Biogas

Last month Oregon passed a Clean Fuels Program, that credits renewable fuels for their greenhouse gas reductions. This presentation, given on April 14, 2015 at the BioCycle West Coast Conference, discusses the potential value of those credits to Oregon biogas projects, and the potential future for Washington to follow Oregon and California’s lead and create its own Low Carbon Fuel Standard.
